My thoughts about this movie: I thought this was a good movie but at the same time kind of forgettable. It had a lot of hype around it and i was able to see it opening day which was very cool. It is a good start for the sequel trilogy and it adds some great new characters into the mix as well as some returning characters. It sets up a lot of questions and it is too bad we don't get very good answers in episodes 8 and 9. I still appreciate the acting work from Adam Driver and Daisy Ridley, even though she wasn't very well written. we also see the same old same old big planet destroying base that by a "miracle" gets blown up. At least this didn't come out directly after 4, 5, and 6 because that would be three planet destroying bases in 4 movies. All in all though it was a good start to a badly ended trilogy.
